Concord Hospital thanks our "Destination Paradise" contributors, sponsors, volunteers and guests for their overwhelming support. Our Annual Theme Benefit held Saturday, April 10, 2010 raised $100,000 toward supporting care at Concord Hospital Family Health Centers.
Our Beneficiary
Concord Hospital's Family Health Centers in Concord and Hillsboro-Deering are the "crown jewels" in the Hospital's community benefits offerings, extending the Hospital's charitable mission beyond acute care services. As training sites for New Hampshire's only Family Medicine Residency Program, our Family Health Centers have been meeting the healthcare needs of our region's most vulnerable residents by providing access to primary, dental, and behavioral health services, regardless of whether or not a person can pay for care. Funds raised from Destination Paradise will support care for our neighbors in need at Concord Hospital Family Health Centers.
