Donation Day Make your donation today. From 1880 to 1967, the greater Concord community came together to provide Concord Hospital with supplies. Items harvested from farms and family gardens, articles of clothing, jars of jams and gifts of money were donated to the Hospital on one special day, Donation Day. On Thursday, October 19, 2017 we are asking the community to again come together for Donation Day in a different way. Although we can't accept physical goods, your monetary donations work in the same way as the harvests of the past. Think about all the "stuff" that Concord Hospital needs in order to take care of your community. Your monetary donations today might buy: Your gift of $25 might provide a wrist splint; Your gift of $50 might provide barium sulfate for CT scans; Your gift of $100 might provide a tracheal tube; Your gift of $250 might provide a wheelchair; Your gift of $500 might provide an expanding balloon stent; Your gift of $1,000 might provide a cervical spine plate.
