By registering for and attending this event, attendees hereby give permission to Concord Hospital to film/interview/photograph them for use in ongoing promotional communications vehicles including, but not limited to, print, television, video, Concord Hospital website, and social media. Your ticket fee is a contribution to our organization and is, therefore, non-refundable.
