Whether you are paying tribute to a family member or friend, or if you have your own personal connection to Concord Hospital and its mission, funds raised through your special event are vitally important to us. Special Events Each year many individuals host events-large and small-which result in thousands of dollars being raised and allows the Hospital to live out its charitable mission to meet the health needs of those in the communities it serves. With guidance from our staff, it is now easier than ever to raise funds for the program, department, or service of your choice. We offer advice on event planning and fundraising, as well as ample resources to ensure your success. Some of the resources we provide for your special event include: A packet containing information to help you conceptualize, plan and implement your special event; Our logo for your promotion materials; Sample template letters to solicit sponsorships and in-kind donations; Printed literature about our charitable organization for distribution at your special event; IRS tax compliant receipts for gifts made to your special event. Once your special event is completed, we want to recognize your hard work and dedication to raising funds on our behalf. Our staff is happy to arrange an official check presentation with your event group — complete with a giant check. Additionally, your special event is listed in our newsletter and you receive an invitation to our annual appreciation event.
