Letter from Cardiovascular Institute Leaders

Take the next step and make your gift today.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in New Hampshire for both men and women, with the threat predicted to increase in light of the State’s growing and aging population. The Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute has been created as a “one door” pathway to serve patients suffering from a wide variety of heart and vascular disease conditions, and is ready to serve with the highest technical level of care, delivered with a personal touch.

Excellence in cardiovascular care is not new to Concord Hospital. For over 30 years, Concord Hospital has been caring for our community’s cardiovascular health, saving lives and restoring lifestyles. What is new is an integrated approach to care for cardiology and vascular patients combining highly skilled physicians, surgeons, and advanced providers with new technologies, state-of-the-art equipment, and new facilities to improve access to high-quality patient care.

Concord Hospital Trust is launching an 18-month special project fundraising campaign to raise $1.5 million for the new Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute in support of improved access for our patients, new technologies, a dedicated cardiac operating room and an enhanced Interventional Radiology suite. We want to engage patients and volunteers together with medical champions to both spread the word and help raise funds.

  • Tell your story Your relationship with the physicians and providers who care for you is powerful. Tell us your story to engage others in learning about the Cardiovascular Institute.
  • Join our affinity council The affinity council is a sounding board for fundraising staff and assists in planning special project events and educational opportunities during the special project campaign and beyond.
  • Attend education sessions Learn about the exciting technology, procedures and your local experts who use them through panel discussions (first panel discussion is October 20, 2022), virtual and in-person tours and physician presentations and then, pass it on.
  • Volunteer at Concord Hospital Trust events to raise funds.
  • Consider making a contribution.

Please join us! There are many ways to get involved.
